How do I join?

Since we are not yet equipped to handle on-line enrollment, here's the process:

1. Download and print the application form, either in PDF format (requires Adobe Reader)
or  DOC format  (requires MS Word or the free Word Viewer).

2. Complete and sign the application - please print as legibly as possible. Be sure to complete the beneficiary section after reading about your insurance benefits as a member.

3. Mail the completed application, with a check for your dues, to the address at the bottom of the form, or bring the completed form to a regular monthly meeting.

4. If you prefer, simply come to a regular meeting, ask for an application, and take care of everything on the spot.
